    pull downs, try to contact a little bit higher on the sternum, right now you're at the mid or lower portion of the sternum, we want to be at the upper portion of the sternum or the clavicle, your shoulder movement and this is really good though, you doing a great job pulling the shoulder blades down and back and then moving with the elbows. Yates row, these are just about perfect, I would like to see you push them into the legs a little bit more but your body positioning over the bar is excellent! You've made a lot of technical strides on this movement, good work! Cable pullovers, let's lighten the load a little bit and narrow the hands up a little bit, still getting a lot of elbow bend throughout the movement and it also seems like the shoulders are a bit uncomfortable. Remember think of pushing the bar away from you at all times, right now it looks like you are pulling the bar down just a little bit and then pushing away. Hammer curls, keep that elbow fixed at the side if you can, it doesn't have to be absolutely stationary but right now there's a lot of play in the elbow and we want to focus on working the arm, there's just a lot of play in the elbow back and forth and outward as well as a little bit of shoulder, try to keep those still and force the arms to do the work.
