高筋麵粉540克(4+1/2杯)
雞蛋2個(帶殼60克/個,蛋液50克/個)
南瓜泥300克 (1杯+5大勺)
白糖90克(6大勺)
鹽6克(1小勺)
酵母8克(2小勺)
無鹽黃油80克(6大勺)
烘烤:
烤箱預熱
180°C
33~35分鐘
Recipe :

Dough:270g✖️4
Mold size:23.5✖️13.3✖️7cm or 8 inches
Bread flour 540g(4+1/2cup)
Egg✖️2(60g/each with shell ,egg liquid 50g/each)
pumpkin puree 300g (1cup+5 tbsp)
Sugar 90g(6tbsp)
Salt 6g(1 tsp)
Instant Yeast 8g(2tsp)
Unsalted Butter 80g(6tbsp)
Bake:
Preheat oven 15 minutes
180°C
33~35 minutes

食譜內沒有cheese?

您好,可以的👍👍👍如果時間不夠,建議第一次面團發酵可以在冰箱冷藏發酵。面團整形好以後二發好,建議還是馬上烘烤🥰🥰❤️❤️❤️❤️
