The Car is the Volkswagen Touran 1.6 TDI second generation. It has a 1598 cm³ (97,5 cu in) 4 Cylinder Diesel Turbo engine producing 115 Ps (85 kW; 113 hp) at 3250-4000/min and 250 Nm (183.8 lbf⋅ft) at 1500-3250/min.
It is equipped with a 5-speed Manual driving the front wheels.

Wow that's really good for 1.6TDi in such a big vehicle + I like the interior looks good.
We had the Golf 6 1.6 105hp tdi, it was a rocket..the car is still in the family and running with 170000 on it's taco

214 km/h? Either it was downhill or it was remaped already - official max speed for this car is 190 km/h. Or perhaps the speedo is very optimistic :-)

@@Mr11ESSE111 it is not true. The speedometer for Volkswagen is optimistic by 5.5% this applies for the whole range.

The Touran is just a family car with a 1.6 tdi humble engine, you're going to damage it soon if you keep abusing it like this.

The Touran is a car that is used by families and a lot as taxis. They get overloaded with people and if used as a taxi they get driven under tough conditions and they last. What you saw in the video doesn’t even bother the car for a second

There’s only 2 generations of Touran, 1T and 5T.
The 1.6 tdi will never do that top speed unless it is downhill. I have the 2.0 tdi 150ps and it struggles to do 212 on the odometer so realistic probably 200-205

Geht irgendwie besser als der tiguan mit dem 2.0 tdi und 150 ps JA nicht das Bergabstück sonder leicht bergauf am anfang!

Die 1.6tdi laufen nicht schlecht. Wobei der Meinung bin das der 2.0 der bessere Motor ist

Not really modern cars can take it all day long. The wear on the car been driven fully loaded and/or on poor roads would be much worse

Tyres and breaks will have a bit more wear. But the components that matter such as gear box and engine won’t have a Problem, worst case they will over go I to „limp mode“ before they overheat
