Looks like the wire harness for (A) terminal (50) was unplugged!! 🤦🤦

Anyone who can help. I dnt have ECU and EPC on dash as I turn ignition on. Tried to check response of relays and realized R4 doesn't respond with ignition on until I earth the 85 pin (uncapped), then there will be power to all engine management fuses but still no check engine light. Tested powers on T94/87 pin and got no power but on T94/92 there is power...when I short that 87 pin with 12v power then ECU and EPC comes up and car starts.... I want a permanent solution and right now got no idea as what is the issue
