I was wondering that too, And I honestly don’t know. So I remember asking the KZreadr bigclivedotcom about this, he said it was ok because it’s LED and not a true UV light. I think it has to be a filament bulb to be bad do you. . Also the light are aimed at the needles so you can’t directly see the LED uv light bulbs . But I have honestly no idea. It’s been a few years since I made the video and forgot about that until you reminded me.

@@stevenharpervw The needle rests on it. It's on the stock face. I used something similar so the needle doesnt fall down.

hi, I have a problem with the corrado, my speedometer started going wild on its own and the pointer jumps up to 260 km/h all the time, especially when I step on the gas, do you know what it could be?

Hmmm I wonder is it the spring in the Clock needle . It’s not damping and it’s just going a bit mad on you. Might be best to just replace if . You have to replace like for like . So if it’s red needles buy a red needles dash clocks and same for white for white. That is if the clocks are damaged …. The really early corrados have a mechanical wire spinning the speedo and the later ones 91 + had a digital gauge .. like there isn’t too much to go wrong with either of them . That’s why I think it’s your dash clocks

@@vrle97 I’m not sure what will work and won’t work. So the reason you keep the needle colour the same is because the wiring is different and you could end up frying the new dash clocks . But if you got a mk3 clocks AND loom it might work ( for testing ) low on coolant don’t work as early cars have a relay and later cars have the relay built into the dash clocks and I think there might be one or two other wires to swap…
