Great video. I just ordered two. One is torn up. So figured I’d just kill two birds with one stone and do both. I was worried I was going to have to do a lot more work. That looks pretty simple.

Devin Hite glad to hear it! just make sure you torque down with the wheels on the ground so the bolts don't work themselves out.

I ordered them from Bus Depot not sure on the part number but their website is pretty easy to navigate by year

Great video! Just what I was looking for. I have a question, your axles came pregreased and mine did not. Both ends of my axles look different and since yours were already full of grease I couldn't see what yours looked like. Oh, btw I just bought this 1970 VW bus and the previous owner removed the rear axles and never replaced them so I don't have a point of comparison. Thanks!

Congrats on your bus purchase! The ends should match up to either the transaxle or the wheel assembly. Not sure If the 70 bus is different than the 75 I was working on. If you don't already have a Bentley repair manual I would suggest getting one they are awesome 👍

I've is the spline bit for the cv joints ?

Mine. The bearings on one of the sides came apart. How do I put it back ? Press ?

Marshall, it is a Rocky Mountain Westy engine kit, has work well so far:)
