In this detailed video we walk through the Vantedge 3.5 automatic edgbander from VTM.
The VantEdge Edgebanders all start with a heavy duty frame and come standard with large industrial working units “Bolted” directly to the main frame of the machine to insure stability and accuracy.

What does the micro trigger switch do just before the flat scrapers?

Hi Pau, great question. That switch just before the flat scrapers activated the misting system which puts XE4 finishing agent on the panel. This helps the removal of fine reside and any glue that may have stuck to the panel. It also acts as a lubricant as we go into the fat scrapers. Think of it as just a little shaving cream for the "face" of the panel before the blades make that final scrape of the surface. That switch automatically turns on those sprayers just for the duration that the panel is under it to minimize waste.
