yes.. pairing my cameras was/is ridiculous. I had a USB power supply for 3 years.. I did the panel puling and door seal hide and ran it along the head liner near the top of windshield..It was pretty well hid, I had a Garmin 66 W on the windshield and a Dash Cam Mini 2 on the back glass. Last month the 66 W was not shutting off like it did for 3 years , drained the suv's battery because I didn't day it for 3 days. I'm using the same power cord for the new Mini 2 on the windshield now but I ran the cable under the door sill to the rear seat passengers 12volt USB power supply. They are off when the ignition is off. While attempting to pair the new camera ..I had 4 cameras in "my devices" on my iPhone.. even after using "forget this device " over and over. I deleted the Garmin Drive app off my iPhone, shut it off for 5 minutes and then downloaded the app again. I still haven't paired the old Mini 2 and the new Mini 2 yet to my phone. I'm going to pair them with the other discounted from power.and don't try to ""NAME"" them like ( front or back ) that added another device to my phone..5 minute hook up and 30 minutes of upset trying to pair them....After every update too.......

Good video. Interesting you mention wanting your pipe perfectly level. I typically run my pipe with a bit of fall toward the drain/blow out. Since water condenses in the airline as the compressed air cools, it needs to have a way out. Putting some slant in the line lets the water run to the drain to be blown out.

I'm sure that can help. I haven't had any issues. Knock on wood... I haven't had any moisture in the line to speak of at all at any connection point. I have clear traps on all machines in our showroom and again, thankful I've never seen a drop of oil, debris, or water in any of the lines.

It was probably half that price when we installed years ago in our showroom. But this is a hard aluminum pipe with all the fittings. Very high quality. Years later and still ZERO LEAKS! I'm very impressed. Also, they offer a flexible pipe option but it comes in coils and you straighten it yourself the best you can. I just really liked the solid straight pipe look and quality.

Sorry about that. All the rods match and look the same. It goes where the indent is for the rod to slide back into place. But you're right I should have shown more detail of getting that rod back into place.

Thanks for this video! A lifesaver. Had the same issue and was about to take to a repair shop after trying everything. Was able to get the push rod back in by rotating the cylinder with pull rope and using a screw driver to slightly pry up the lifter. Started on first pull. Would also like to know how this happens.

Great! Glad you got it fixed. Thankfully hasn't happened again but I bought a smaller unit for camping from Costco so haven't used this much and of course the power stopped going out after I purchased this and added a transfer switch to the exterior of the house.

Hello friend, you don't know what I was looking for a channel that would be dedicated to showing and informing about machines since it is not something so common, I congratulate you for your work, I am a carpenter and I have a machine very similar to this generic Chinese brand the only thing What is not available is the cleaning spray, the rest of the groups are the same, I have that problem at the beginning with the glue applicator roller, my MDF board collides with the roller and the glue does not appear as if it were paint applied with a roller, which is noticeable. The hairs, this leaves it ready because it touches the board with the roller.. So mine is about 1 year old, only used once. Wouldn't start so I removed cover. Push rod in place. After replacing the cover, it started very next pull, go figure

I'm so sorry. Should have shown the process of actually fixing it in the video. I was so excited to find the problem I didn't think to include the actual fixing part. But it was fairly simple and straight forward to tell where it came from. Literally just pushed it back into place.

Nice video! about greasing, The recommendation says the pump should be greased every 3,000 hours, but I've seen others doing it every month. What could happen if it was over-greased?

You could check with Becker but I believe too much of a good thing can be harmful. The grease would need to go somewhere. I've seen failures from greasing too much but they also ran out of the Becker specific grease then starting using off the shelf stuff and they were greasing constantly. (Not informed)

How do you address a Motor Fault ( 0x 10) drive 5 (XB) teknic comm error? Also would love to see a video on squaring a multicam 3000

Usually on those servo motors they don't have an error code (no LCD screen) but most of them WILL give you a BLINK code. This can then be compared to a blink code service manual and should give you SOME additional info that may help point to a cause. From my experience if the motor is removed and under ZERO stress and the servo is still giving you a fault then the servo drive itself could be bad. You could try swapping some cables to eliminate a bad cable or bad motor. The 3000 MultiCam is rarely out of square as the homing procedure has a built in squaring procedure but if its too far out it will put the system under stress and cause faults. Next time I have a mutlicam with any similar issues I'll produce a video and get it uploaded! The procedure isn't terrible but does require loosening up the gantry to relieve the stress OR bring the bridge back into alignment. Then this usually means you'll need to adjust the tool change pick up locations.

motor fault ..... my best guess would be a cable issue. They wear out and develop breaks over time. In my experience the cable is most often the issue versus a hardware failure in the motor OR servo drive but they do happen. What year is your machine? 2005?

Great stuff! I hava a question... I have a pump that goes through vanes every 2-3 months due to blades exploding. I changed again this week and keep seeing grooves warn into them. I always clean it before installation and on occasion have had to get some caked on carbon off the inside of the pump. Why do they keep breaking?

no real measurement taking place on air gun trigger squeeze. I don't recall using full pressure. IF you damage the filter you'll just need to replace. Sorry I can't provide a more specific answer.
