Hey Derrek, Does the 6.5 run PUR as well as EVA? How’s the edge quality as far as zero glue line? I’m in the market for a new bander too. How’s the pricing on that machine? I’m curious why you didn’t go with another Biesse? We’re looking to replace our SCM bander and looking for zero glue line for gloss edging. I’ve seen great things on a relatively small Homag S-300, though they are pricey. Thanks for your input on this, and your vids are great man.

We are waiting to move into new facility and haven’t taken delivery yet so I can’t speak to actual quality other than what I saw at show and the line was very good. For the high gloss acrylic stuff, the hot air is pretty amazing. I was a solid Biesse guy, but what I have noticed is the have simplified things with complication. Our last one worked great for about 18 months and then the glue line quality went away, we had problems with end trim mechanism and the end trim motor was so LOUD! It was time for a change

Does that cleaning material work on standard eva glues? Product number?
