We tried working out with KIWI's VR dumbbells for the Meta Quest 2 and were surprised by the results!

Nice design! I’ve heard it mentioned a few times that quick moments with weights at the end of your arms can cause stress on your joints and tears over time. I have no idea if this is accurate or not but it seems plausible.
Really creative product, I hope it will be useful to my fitness program.
