Her job was to get Biden's trust so she could go negotiate things on his behalf. You know like any leaders deputies get jobs and task delegated to them and everyone in the meeting knows that what they say is basically going to be green lit by the President because he unflinchingly trusts her judgement on particular subjects.

The VP also works as a general advisor to the President, works on certain random jobs given the by the President that the president is too busy dealing with himself, cutting ribbons and attending ceremonies and giving speeches there, working on less important stuff, working on stuff while the President is away either sick, or vacation, etc.

It would be helpful if they numbered these multiple interview videos, or put them together as one. Unreal.

There were no “first tier” US or NATO weapons in Ukraine before Putin ordered the Russian invasion. Even today the only equipment even close to first tier is the Himars rocket launcher, a whopping 20 of them. And all equipped with the shortest range missile made for the platform, certainly not the top tier missile for the system.

I've never heard a VP actually say what they do. lol I think that answer was the stock, but I do know from someone in a former VP staff, they do a ton of stuff, it just never gets talked about. It kind of undervalues the job in my opinion.
