At first glance it does look like a Laconico, very similar design language. It's really nice looking, and a very simple, useful form factor.

I agree on the aestetics. Nice blade shpae, handle shape, like the dual deployment options giving a symmetrical appearance. Very nice knife indeed. Always gotta look out for those Tipper Flabs!

@@BigRedEDC the doctor had me transferred from the rehabilitation hospital to the hospital more than likely I’ll go into surgery sometime tomorrow. This will be the 5th surgery. If this doesn’t work they’ll have to remove below the knee. Thanks for asking JB. It means a lot.

Great review on the Corgi. The action on this one was a bit stiff out of the box. I adjusted the pivot just a bit and added some KPL.

Really cool symmetrical design, with good steel and a sub 3" blade (listed as 2.99") should be legal in a lot of places. Pretty nifty.

Loved this knife when you reviewed it, got one as a gift today. I do have to say my detent is WAY too strong. There is absolutely no way to front flip this one and the regular flipper tab is almost as tough if your finger isn't near the button lock. A light touch on the button lock helps with deployment. I'll be taking mine apart to see what's going on inside.
