Boy does this bring back so many memories. Back in 2007-2008 i was in 11th grade and we played this for are symphonic band concert. I was in percussion, and I practiced so much that i just memorized my part. I didnt need my gel covered light, which percussion got. I will say, it was the coolest song we ever did. My folks who came to the concert were blown away. I am just glad my band teacher Swanny had us play this song.

daniel bukvich never disappoints with his music. this and 'electricity' were so fun (i only got to play 'electricity' but i saw the other band play this) and it was genuinely my favourite band concert ever just because of those two songs

I was 2nd chair trumpet in the song. Was extremely fun to play. It was Even more fun to learn. We pretty much spent the whole band hour for a week practicing with the lights on and off. Imagine walking by the band room and hearing a bunch of highschoolers making monkey noises and screaming 😂. It was also cool cuz a good portion of it when an instrument is playing something is either missing or distorted with it. I.e. at one point we played with our tuning slides pulled out so only the top tube was connected.
