Good morning my friend. I picked up my Volvo yesterday. It needs a little work. I’m going to have to buy a dash harness. The speedometer fluctuates and that mess with the cruise control. The fuel gauge doesn’t read correct, but that might be the sending unit. And the AC doesn’t work. I haven’t looked at your video on it yet, but I I’m going to. You know that every truck has problems. I appreciate your videos.

Good morning brother. I use to drive gen 1 Volvo before. Got good memories with it. One had N14 Cummins and the second Detroit D60.

I love the old cabovers. Well, I guess that they are all old.

@@HalfThrottleTom that’s because they are the first ones to the accident. And the flat tops are hard to get dressed. I would dress in the passenger seat. But back in the day it was all driving, sleeping or loading/unloading. I didn’t even get a tv until the mid nineties.

Hi Tom. A lot of International 9800 were brought to Russia in the 2000s. Now there are not many of them on the roads. The one you filmed is actually kind of old.)))

@@Sergey_Bryansk I wish. I don’t think it will be perfect, but I want it to be road worthy. It will take a long time tho. Whenever I’m home, I always have something else to do, so the cabover is waiting patiently 😀

Do they ever change the van tires 🤔 or just run them till they pop and put a used drive tire on? Some of them look kinda slick. 😂

Hey ManMountainMetals, are you talking about my trailer tires? They still good 👍🏼 But my drive tires need to be replaced soon. My last axle is worse, I think it’s because my stretched frame, when I’m making sharp turns last axle is dragging the tires sideways.
