I think the standard height looks better. I'm old school. In fact, I'm going to look for a red ball handle, a pull up oval switch for the height and low range and for the splitter. Probably won't find it, but that's war I used to have in the 80's. Can't always go back. May God bless you all too.

The fact that a package of sheet metal came off the trailer is sad. The main thing is that everyone is alive. I wonder if in the USA there are specialized trailers for transporting goods that have round packaging, such as coils of cable or rolls of sheet metal? When I was looking for a trailer, I came across a European trailer, the floor of which is torn apart, and under it there is a chute in which goods with round packaging are placed. This does not apply to the transportation of round timber or pipes.

Hi Sergey, yes, we have the special trailers to transport metal coils too, but we can transport them on regular flatbed trailer as well. This load was some kind of cable on wooden rolls, I i believe he didn’t secure it right, got loose on this winding road and fell.

Sergey my friend, hi. Yes, Tom is right. All kinds of coils and flat sheets are moved on flat beds. And, if they properly secured, they stay on. You drive safe out there too.

@@GimpyExpress Greetings. In our area, I have not seen the transportation of steel coils at all. I transported sheets and square pipes on a regular trailer with a flatbed. True, out of fear, I used 6 belts with 9 tons of cargo))).
