2018 Volvo hitting 250kmh. Volvo nowadays capped at 180kmh speed limit. That's quite sad actually

You could remove the limiter. After 3 year period it doesnt affect any costs

I timed an S80 T6 300hp, and with 5.7 0-100, I got 13.9s quarter mile. Don't know how you got 13.37. That's very off.

I havn't tested my Volvo's acelleration yet, however on paper it has 455hp and a 0-100 in 4.8! ;)

455hp is in the newest V90 T8 recharge, which is not the same car as the one in the video.

Visto...sullo 0/100 avrà avuto parte elettrica in parte scarica (usando al massimo parte termica e parte elettrica va tranquillamente sotto i 5,5 secondi). Come velocità massima fa quanto una macchina con 310 cv..ovvero poco meno di 270 km/h effettivi (la parte elettrica superata una certa soglia non va più). In ogni caso una signora auto

I did a 100-200 km/h in 16.5 sec in my full stock 250hp s60 T5 😅

Mine does better numbers in Hybrid rather than Power

to slow for near 400hp

Not if you count's the weight of the vehicle. I mean, you forgot the electric engine plus the heavy batterypackage to run it. So 6.38 for what that car has in weight it is not slow.

Passat 2.0 tdi mit 150ps schafft ja fast die selbe Zeit. BMW 330d gechipt auf 300 Ps läuf seine 4.9-5.1 sek 0-100 und 12.7s 100-200. Wo sind das bitte 400Ps ??? Im leben nicht. Wieder nur auf dem Papier und der kleine 4 Zylinder muss wider mal auf Volllasst ackern.

@@BMWnavsegda Traum oder Wirklichkeit das kannst du uns bestimmt am besten sagen aber bitte nicht heute und nicht morgen. Du hast nicht ganz verstanden was ich damit sagen wollte. Ein VW Passat mit 150 PS und einem 2.0 tdi Motor drückt langsam aber sicher seine durchschnittliche 8s von 0 auf 100 km/h. Der 400 PS Hobel 6.8s . Ja sicher ist das viel Zeit aber steht im keinen Verhältnis zu dem Leistungsunterschied. Genau das wollte ich gesagt haben. Das ist immer die maximale Leistung die angegeben ist und was aber zwischen z.B 1000 1/min bis 3000 1/min passiert sagt keiner. Da liegt nämlich der Unterschied z.B zwischen BMW und Audi. Deshalb ist der BMW immer schneller, weil der einfach in dem unteren Bereich schon viel mehr Dampf hat. Der Audi S3 lässt den Golf R auch stehen obwohl beide die selbe Leistung haben. Schon mal davon geträum warum? Na ja, man kann ja nicht immer alles wissen, es sei dir verziehen;)

This must be a older car than model year 2021. All Volvo cars have a limited top speed of 180 km/h from 2021.

Not exactly, in P* versions there is payment for unlimit top speed. Also T6 ver 230kmh T8 250kmh. But even without limiter B5 only makes 225-230kmh and T8 makes 262rmh. On 3:51 U can see how electroincs block long time working for engine higher then 5K. Also if to remeber, an old B4204T6 in 2010 got 203Hp and then its turbo new soft 245Hp. And thats engine was already very hot and cant run italy 180kmh 6-7 hours straight. This new "DriveE" is even more hotter engine. Taking all that heavy combi car can push it, but not to drive long on 180+ Any way volvo nowadays not about speed, its about comfort (in that case overweight in all models)

Doesn't sound that slow. I mean a Hellcat does 0-100 in 3.8 seconds. It has 717 hp. Atleast the one that I drove. This has only 335-355 hp. Then you also got the weight of the electronic engine and the batterypackage of that. So with all countered for 6.38 ain't slow.

@@laddtrycksberoende Original V90 T8 got 455 hp, doing 0-100 km/h in 4.8 seconds. This one only got 355. Do the math. Weight to hp-ratio 6.38 with 355 hp seems more correct. That means this Toober lies that it is a V90 T8. 🤫 I got around 200hp, doing 0-100 in 7,4 seconds. It is a V70 Polestar optimized D5 engine singleturbo. Around 355 hp I would go less then 6. About 5,6. But my car weighs much more less then a V90. So yes, you can almost calculate 1 second for each 100 hp. 4.8/5.0 to 6.38 seconds 355hp versus the real deal 455 hp.

@@Necronomous its an older one. They only got 390. A V90 T6 does 0-100 in 6.1. So either he was out of electricity or it was overheated so he didnt get the extra 85hp.
