@@ChrisKellogg-hm9br I got the one set I show at the end of the video, I bought it from a guy, but before I got it in the mail, I measured everything and I called my friend who got a friend that works with CNC, he made it for me and ship it overnight. Works like a charm.

Greetings. After removing the EGR system cooler, did any errors appear on the dashboard ? No need to install a new engine control program in the control box? I'm also thinking about disabling the EGR, but I have a Cummins 15 ISX.

Hi Sergey. Yes, ECM need to be reprogrammed. I have it done long time ago, EGRs we’re disconnected, but still attached to the engine, and only exhaust tubes were plugged. Coolant was still flowing through both EGRs and EGR cooler. There is similar kit for Cummins to do the EGR delete brother.

@@Sergey_Bryansk Someone with the right software will do it. The only thing is if Cummins engines are popular in Russia. If they are not, may be difficult to find a guy who can reprogram the ECU.

@@Sergey_Bryansk I would go ahead and find a guy with the software first, make sure he knows what he’s doing 😀. Do the ECU job first, than remove and plug everything what needs to be plugged on the engine.

@@kasim-k5g Hi Kasim. Something is wrong with my email. Still trying to resolve it. I’m not sure how much to charge. There is a guy who makes it, the kit at the end of the video is from him. I pay $660 for it. Not cheap but good stuff. My friend can make it cheaper I think. I’ll let you know because I don’t really know when he will be able to make it.

Where did you get the block off plates at? Is there anyway to get a link. I cant seem to find any

I got me a set made by my friends friend who work on CNC. There is no link, I don’t think anyone is selling it online. I got another set from a guy who make them. But it was crazy expensive for what it actually is. If you want it, I can sell it to you, you can see it at the end of the video, in plastic zip lock bag.

Volvo vnl d12 egr valve even if you replace them code will come back and lose power it's usually hot weather advance don't deleted you lose lot of power

Hi crazyboy55789 I have this thing deleted while ago, but not completely removed from the engine, EGRs were still connected to cooling system, I don't see no difference in power after delete, but I definitely saw the difference in power when I got EGR fault at the time when it was not deleted yet.

It's not a real repair unless you bleed a little bit 😂
