Thanks for this, had problems with mine giving me ETS light and loosing cruise control. We changed the sensor but could not see where that O ring went. This is the only video I could find that shows where it goes. Hence we had an ABS failure. Thank you

@@WrenchingMafia I have code p0573 (brake switch circuit a high) that shows up on a cheaper code reader I used a more expensive reading and 9400 came up. I already replaced the Brake Switch that did nothing to help. So I’m replacing the Brake Pedal Sensor. I don’t have full-time access to the nicer reader that displays code 9400.

Is this part of the cruise control /brake sensor. On this vehicle or just pedal sensor

It’s also for cruse control if this goes bad the cruise control function will not work

Hello A question about a v70n 01! Drove a v70n before and had stopped to have a bite, when we were going to leave, started the car as usual but nothing happened when I stepped on the gas pedal?! Turned the car off and restarted to no avail! Troubleshoot with a fault code reader and got code ECM 9400 Acelation pos sensor break pedal sensor! Reset this and now the car runs as usual! Got info about sensor, sensor for the brake pedal that sits next to the brake fluid holder! Also got a message engine system service immediately in the info box when this happened! Sincerely

Yes that sensor would be located by the brake pedal inside the car

That’s the switch. My Volvo keeps the lights on …. But its not the brake switch So idk what it is The lights wont turn boff
