Volvo 850R | 5 Cylinder Turbo | Dyno Run

In this video you can see my own 1997 Volvo 850R manual (last made 850R) going on a dyno run.
The car made 300 HP and 450 nm on low boost. Full boost this car can do around 400 hp.
I own this car for over 10 years now, bought it stock and did a few trackdays with it.
Caught a fire around Nurburgring in 2017, fully rebuild it and 1 year later it came bigger and better.

* 2.3 Turbo 20 valve 5 Cylinder
* 19T Hybrid billet wheel turbo
* 3 inch Catless Downpipe with muffler delete
* 3 inch throttle body
* Upgraded clutch
* Do88 big intercooler short traject
* KW V2

* Team Dynamics 1.2 9x17 Magnesium wheels
* 320mm bbk

Mine burned also once 😅 Fuel line next to turbo was deceased. Had to rebuilt half a car ..

Nice build👍. Which 320mm bbk are you using with the 17" wheels? These are Pro Race 1.2 aren´t they? 9X17 are you sure? Thanks a lot.

320mm V50 T5 setup. Yes, wheels are indeed 9x17, bit rubbish but i works!
