Looks neat! How does the weight feels like? In standard mode, does the resistant feels smooth and consistant? Can you describe the feeling, is it satisfying? Also: I'm not sure if I see it right - do those silver parts where the rope is comming out are actually a rotating bearings? Or the line is just sliding on a pollished metal part (it kinda looks that way). Do you plan to make a in-depth review? Thanks!

It feels very smooth and satisfying, it has a slight noise that is actually kinda cool sounding and not noticable with music on. There is no rotating bearings, good eye.

Without bearings, if there the rope is just sliding on those metal polished parts during let's say lat pull-downs, when you pulling it on an angle, wouldn't the friction damage the rope at some point? It's a fiber rope if I see it right, just like one for rock climbing. Anyway, do you plan to make a full review? Would love to watch it!

@ 1;50 mark u did a seated chest press. My concern is if u go heavy on that what is to stop the force on the way back from pulling the bench back or off the ground?

Usually i just put some dumbbells or plates behind the bench and it should be fine.

does the easy slide adjust work on 5/8in hole racks?

Yes it works on 5/8”-1” holes.

The unit is made out of Plastic, the sliding rack mount is also made of plastic with metal inside for the lock and metal on the front for the lock. They are very sturdy units. @@MetalsForBrunch

I hope the boys from Lynard Skynard are getting a cut for the royalties.
