Given an unprecedented demand globally, it has taken the local subsidiary a couple of years to convince Germany to send a few small SUVs over to wee-old Australia. This does happen quite a bit, as European manufacturers often allocate hot product to the most profitable markets, which is usually not Australia. Either way, they’re late to the party.

Manual seat adjustment is good, less electrics to fail. When your electric seat stops this will keep going

Looks like it unfortunately. I was really excited for this car. Drivetrain is top of its class and it looks great. Interior is simply unacceptable unfortunately. You'd get a far better interior from buying a base model i30, Civic or Corolla

It does not feel like a GTI, particularly the steering. This is coming from a mk 5 GTI owner of 14 years who recently test drove the T-Roc. Mind you the T-Roc is still top of pile {or near the top} when it comes to handling and ride compromise in the small SUV class, but you will be disappointed if you think it has GTI like prowess. No tune is {when writing this} available for the the 140 kw motor so GTI levels of power are not yet available.
