Man Silksong looks weird EDIT: I owe an apology to Power Snake and Kwalee Gaming. It is wrong of me to compare your original product to a gamer's darling, especially if I have not engaged in the product to begin with. You know what they say about "assuming" right? Long story short, I'm going to buy this game and give it a fair, unbiased, shake. And i'll revisit this comment with my thoughts and opinions about the game. Mad Love.

Least it's more original than Gleam Knight. Hollow Knight didn't invent metroidvanias nor the artstyle after all, but Gleam Knight was very on the nose. And this is coming from a guy who hates when people compare games for superficial reasons.

Shen I saw the art style some of the abilities and animations. I feared other heavy asset steal game from Hollowknight but seems this is more just similiart styled than Hollowknight that is more plus.

There are never enough good looking metroidvania style games.

Apparently I am drawn to anything with word 'void' in it XD and no, I don't mean Hollow Knight (though it includes it). It started with Nihilumbra. yes, I am aware that these games have nothing in common except for being 2D. I just really like the theme ;) Anyway, this looks great, already added it to my wishlist, I really hope that what's in the trailer is true and it will come out in 2024

As a Rogue-Like Gamer, I may actually play this.

Проект выглядит годно , но вот над анимациями надо поработать. И да, даже если многие будут называть эту игру как "пародия на полого рыцаря", то эти люди будут отчасти правы и нет. Правы в том плане, что жанр и механики схожи. Не правы же будут в том случае, если геймплей будет значительно отличаться (первое что отличает этот проект от полого рыцаря, так это механика с аналогами амулетов, где можно взять их несколько и скомбинировать в какое-то оружие. Да, в полом рыцаре тоже были амулеты, но они влияли на характеристики и лишь редко на вид атаки, а тут, у нас могут быть различные приёмы благодаря им). Увы, полностью мнение сказать не могу, так как из за того, что есть только трейлер, я все ощущения сказать не смогу, ибо для полной оценки надо будет поиграть в игру. Но в целом, я одобряю этот проект (да и сама тематика мне нравится. А эта заставка из начала где наш главный герой будто из грязи восстаёт, напомнило мне некоторые моменты с личом из мультсериала "дом совы" или "совиный дом")

I wish i could play platform games. There are so many great ones and they're so much fun, but i suck so hard at them.

You should try Celeste! It's one of the best platformers out there, and although it can be difficult, most of the really difficult stuff is optional or postgame. Also it has a Really nifty/powerful assist mode, which allows you to slow down the game or give you extra boosts which you can adjust at any moment without penalties or shaming! That way you can ease yourself into the game at a pace thats fun for you and/or skip rooms that are too frustrating etcc,, l'd really recommend it to people who like platformers but arent very good at them (yet) :]

Not really? As a huge hollow knight fan, the tone, art style, and character designs look drastically different. If anything, it looks a bit more like crowsworn haha (which im also excited for)
