I’m an adoptee myself. Going through some adoption pain rn, came across this video to see if other kids felt the same way. I’m glad I’m not the only one who feels the way I do

My Granddaughter is adopted. She is very loved and has anything she wants. She says she wears being adopted as a badge of honor. Never seen such negatives of being adopted. Seen kind of grateful for finding a forever family.🙄🙄🥺🥺

Im adopted and im currently going through getting back in touch with my biological mother at age 21, and it’s stressful, i dont think I trust her and honestly it’s bothersome she wants so bad to see me and I have nothing to say to her, I feel like I should have mountains of information to share, but when we’re on the phone I just listen to her talk and sometimes I’ll into what’s going on in my personal life.

My biological father never wanted me he had a heart attack in Arizona and at age 26 I flew from California to see him he was rude and denied me as his real child but today I have my Heavenly Father who loves me more then I can say! I would have been glad though if he was excited to see me like your mom does I pray you get love and joy and peace with your biological mom! Forgiveness is a blessing from God!

Thank you for sharing this. I don't know your circumstances but all I can tell you is it takes time. My daughter got in contact with me last year and I was over joyed. But it takes time, there are a lot of emotions going on. It has taken time for us to get to know each other and trust each other. It took alot for her to connect but she wanted to understand and know who she was and where she came from. It was easier because I have a younger daughter, so she has a little sister she could connect with and they were more on each other's waves length being of a similar age. We have all had a lot of emotions to process and it has got easier as time has gone on. We even tell each other we love each now, that was a big step in recognising she realises I'm not going anywhere ❤
