years ago, I used to pass on a corner of Buenos Aires and stopped by to hear an amazing band performing inside a house...and used think "wow.. thats an amazing cover of Soda Stereo..." years passed and I found out that was Soda Stereo´s studio

So many KZreadrs react to this song, but you are the best. Why simply you did your work: you did the research, you listen to the original version. But the most important is you opened your heart and enjoyed this great song. Thank you for this great work.

Cold Play, U2 and Roxette payed tribute to him. I also saw that Rodger Waters was an influence on Gustavo. Thank you for your recommendation.

Soda Stereo altought they split in 1997 and did a reunion tour in 2007, remain the most importan rock band in latin america, from Argentina all the way up to Tijuana Mexico, in their prime years they toured like any American or European Band in the full latin america footprint, Im from Mexico and Im in love with their music since the 80s

The presence of strings and other "not typical rock instruments" is because this was supposed to be an unplugged concert for MTV. But at the end, they just decided not to follow the rules and they played with their normal instruments.

There are so many songs of so many different kinds of music in Soda Stereo and in Gustavo's solo carreer too. He played rock, pop, shoegaze, electronic music, house, ambient, a tango rock song, some "folklore" songs (argentinian typical music). One of the most "impredecible" musicians ever. His album "Bocanada" is a masterpiece of "sampling" and it was recorded in 1999 (!!!!!!!). He is simply incredible and, as he said, a "music lover"
