I've gone through a lot of his older albums and I only add the songs that I like to my José José playlist. I always end up adding over half of the songs on every album. The playlist is over 100 tracks by now. He's just incredible.

Long sustained note was incredible. I mean he did a de crescendo slowly into a soft volume and just kept sliding while holding such a long breath to finish the note. And I think even his tone color changed, his voice sounded rough but he was still able to maintain that soft volume slide.

Thanks for this! This is my all time hands down favorite of his ;) My parents would watch his performances on tv whenever they were aired. He ALWAYS got my attention from whatever it was I was doing. Doing what kids do, playing or running around with my younger sibs. If I heard his voice, I’d stop, sit down on the carpet by my parents and watch....eyes glued to this man right here.
