Yup. It took some better headphones, but that's what he did. Can't really hear that from just the TV speakers. Probably easier to hear it with expensive noise-cancelling gear. I'll have to start shopping. I've been missing a lot.

@@jimbo92107 definitely, I've been saying if you listen with great quality speakers or headphones, when he does that mic shake at the end, u ou can faintly hear him trying to hit it, and it just doesn't happen.

In this "Dolphin" voice, he actually holds it for 5 seconds and ends it w/vibrato. If you listen closely, you'll hear him start in a C#8 and then slides right off the piano up to a D8! Yep, "Dimash has left the piano!!"! - just speechless...

The male world record is an E8 Note(That person is not a singer he just makes voices). The second highest is Eb8(It was hit by Adam Lopez) and D8 is the third-highest note that A male has ever hit.

@@Huepe12 No, doesn't matter. A sawblade can squeal D8 and still doesn't sound much worse. It's not about range or perfect pitch. It's about musicality. And Dimash is a very unmusical singer even though he's "technically" quite perfect. Even Julia said it if you read between her lines.

@@m.bk.3928 Correct, she didn't exactly SAY it. She said it between the lines, gave a few hints in the sense of that he could learn much more over time (becoming a real good singer). If you like Dimash that's totally fine. To me he sounds super unpleasant, planned, sterile, soulless and just showcases his vocal abilities too often, destroying any mood. He is an artist for sure but he has no musical touch. Not yet at least. And the latter is what Julia said between the lines.

They said that more than 100 ppl are working on this concert and half of sales will go to charity, so a $10 ticket is not much at all to support one of the best artists, his team and his good intentions. Tixr.com said it will be one of the biggest streams of the year for them

He slides from a C8 to a D8 (one whole step off the piano), with vibrato so it does sound wavery. D8 is the V of the key.

I just noticed his ear monitor fell out about 6:46, right before the "god note" section i think...wow!!!

One of my favorites and it's not just the D-8, it's more about the connection with the crowd, I get so tired of his audience sitting on their hands, this is how a concert should be. Keep them coming baby girl, Autumn Strong from the Singer will bring the tears and don't overlook The Show Must Go On, what else could you want than Dimash singing Freddie and he does Freddie proud. Go with the version on the The Singer also, I love the world class orchestra behind him, really the whole production is first class, why can't we get productions like that in the States. Instead we get 2 minute limits on songs and can you imagine cutting a Dimash song to 2 minutes
