Hello, great reaction, really enjoyed it. You may like this video looking a bit into Dimash's vocals and the character as well as some explanation from him regarding his training and schools of music he attended - kzread.info/dash/bejne/n3WdzMd-h92dYdY.html&pbjreload=10 Just a pre-warning there may be some small part of songs you may not have heard yet, as various parts of his voice are explained but this video is just see his character - which is fantastic. In China during The Singer competition the one guy referred to him as his imported nephew and saw him as a big kid - lol. He was like a proud uncle to Dimash so to speak.

Igor Krutoy said in an interview, I can't remember which one, that Dimash was the one that wanted to add the "Ave Maria, Ave Amor" to the song when they were preparing. In an interview with Dimash's father Kanat, he said, "In creativity, Dimash is very meticulous. He sings a song for a long time, passes it through his soul, rethinks it in order to feel emotion, and only when he is convinced that the song is ripened, he can sing it through is own vision." Hearing the comment from Krutoy, hearing what Kanat said, then listening to this song, there is no doubt that is what Dimash does with every song. Stay safe and healthy! Blessings to you!

Dimash' lesson to the world on vocal fry, expression, breath control, emoting, cadence. That middle soprano section is ethereal and transcendent. When a vocal coach gets "lost" in the moment, we know that artist is truly transcending the technical and physical. I've never heard a vocalist who surpasses all the technical and physical aspects of singing to simply just communicate.... until Dimash. He is going to re-wrtte the manual on singing... I truly believe we are witnessing a legend in the making...

Dimash knows russian well and speaks without accent. He said that when he was a child he always wanted to work with Igor Krutoy and he knew all his songs. Igor Krutoy very good composer he worked with Lara Fabian, Andrea Bochelli. And yes Igor thinks that Dimash is very unique singer, intelligent person with big soul. Dimash said that he tries to work with different compositors from around the world, americans, chinese, korean etc but to work with Igor is something special because their working attitude is based on confidence not money or smth else. They respect each other and Igor say that after many years in music industry he tired a little bit but the acquaintance with Dimash gave him inspiration to write smth new.

Dimash is fluent in russian. In Kazakhstan there are two official languages - kazakh and russian. I love him singing in those two languages cause he is fully familier with the meaning of the words and you can tell and feel it. Eventhough I have to say he usually studies every line of the song in other languages in order to express a relevant feeling at the right time - he said that himself.

Thank you so much!❤ I could quite happily discuss for hours, this masterpiece of beatific expression from Dimash - but from the goodness of my heart (lol) I will restrict myself to the briefest of comments concerning that stunningly ethereal "Ave Maria" section... for me, it's like the musical embodiment of a sigh, a feeling of being swept across the heavens bourne by warm and fluffy clouds - and oh, the technical genius! That perfect placement, the high D flip into whistle tone... together with that feeling of intimacy and an effortlessness throughout, it creates a (literally!) breathtaking pause before we move onto that very passionate, Dimash-style denouement - a true masterpiece of a performance, from beginning to (again, literal!) "end"...! Thank you again, for another great reaction/analysis - sending much love and my very best wishes to you, and all Dear friends across the globe... ❤❤❤WE ARE ONE!!❤❤❤

Totally agree with the vocal fry comment. I honestly don't think I've heard it used like that before. Usually it's a note and off or maybe in a group there might be a bass singing along a handful of notes but this was more like flipping between different qualities and staying grounded in that fry section. I really love this song too. So glad you enjoyed it !

Always have something to offer. This performance was so epic. You have to listen him with your soul (just like you did) to appreciate his music. Keep reacting to the Kazakh prince. Please please please watch Dimash's newest performance of Know/Vocalise posted on his channel yesterday-- it's the best version of this song because he sings it without lyrics, showcasing his vocal agility, emotionality, and ability to improvise, with all the riffs, runs, and scatting you'd ever want.

@@TheCharismaticVoice then may I recommend you to do a comparison review/analysis of his "Know/Znai" MV which is written with lyrics and of course is the "formal" studio version vs the one he does in vocalise when he performs live? "Know" with lyrics has a Russian title which is "Znai", while the vocalise/no lyrics one is known with "Ascolta La Voce". It's mindblowing that almost all the version of "Know" in his live concert are different to each other, not only in the music arrangements but also in the variations of runs/riffs/scat/melismas. For his live concert I recommend the one in VTB ice palace Moscow, or the one he just recently uploaded in his KZread channel.

@@TheCharismaticVoiceAs others have mentioned, this newest version was sung without lyrics and was performed at Dimash's own concert, so it is emotionally raw and improvised. Thanks again. Missed the premiere by half an hour but came as soon as I could. I knew you would love this song! The Alla Pugachova original version from 1994 is more of an regular happy lovesong. Several covers have been made by russian singers but Dimash and Igor made it more classical and kind of longing for a lost love. Anyway, Dimash is fluent in russian (Kazakstan was part of the USSR.) and Igor Krutoy has really introduced Dimash for the russian audience as in this televized galashow in honour of the popdiva Alla Pugachevas 70th birthday. It must have been a bit nervous to perform it in front of Alla herself and the elite of Russian industry. Don't think Dimash would have been that well recieved if not for Krutoy. Lot of jealousy and "Divas" there and Dimash stands out with his humbleness and good character. Seen some interesting interviews by russian TV and of course all the haters on social media. Dimash never lower himself to that level. Love from Sweden!

Hello, this is your third reaction to Dimash's vocal genius. I admire linguistic perceptiveness, because this language in a sung form has additional emotional qualities. (I'm Polish and I know this lightness of weaving the accent in the song, each word has its own harmony and grace, I learned this language at school for many years, that's why I see and hear the whole message) Russian, apart from all the "rest" of other associations, can stir up conflagration feelings like no other. Anyway, each language has its own positive sides, Italian is precise, operatic, ... Spanish has fire and dance, ... German only on the march .... etc. Thank you for a wonderful reception of Dimash's talent and a warm reaction, supported by knowledge and your charm. Greetings.

Part of the genius of Dimash's songs is that he has Erlan Bekchurin (?)Ерлан Бекчурин who is a longtime friend of Dimash and the family who is Dimash's Musical Arranger! He was the one who inserted the "Ave Maria Ave Amore" part in the song. Erlan is the quiet still influence behind so many of Dimash's song arrangements, and he is always there to be his sound tech at performances and concerts. He also helped arrange with Dimash and Igor the song Your Love That Lara Fabian wrote and Krutoy composed. Erlan's wife is also the Back up singer for Dimash...

I've really enjoy your Dimash reactions. You mentioned Igor Krutoy, and if you didn't know already, he is a renowned Russian composer and multi-millionaire, who actually came out of retirement to personally work with Dimash. He composed Ogni Pietra (Olimpico) specifically for Dimash which written for both a male and female voice, but since you've already reacted to this, you know that Dimash sang both parts. Thank you for reacting to this song which is a super master piece by Igor Krutoy. What strikes me the most is that Dimash is so under rated in the US. Yes, we have a lot of American reactors but it seems that the American music media won't even budge to his extraordinary signing qualities. He's not like many famous artists who can be bought. When you talk about professionalism, purity, loving and humble, it's Dimash. Just look at his fan base from all continents. Why are they all so attached to him? Simple answer.. He sets no boundaries with his Dears and this is something we have not seen with other artist. Dimash is one of a kind, he's a gem in the world of music. Ask his fans what they think of him. Thank you Elizabeth for always reacting to Dimash. Our lives have changed forever with him..🙏 🙏 🙏

Several speculations have been pointed out why he is not popular in the US. I say DIMASH is gaining a strong popularity in the US as his New York Concert - Barclay was filled to the beam. A lot of music producers has been making offers, however, all offers are binding and Dimash's team wants creative freedom. To have an equal say in every performance he makes, from the production to the minute detail of his clothing styles. I guess US producers are taken aback. He doesn't want to be a doll on a string. DIMASH is going on that world stage as himself - an epitome of absolute talent, charm, grace, class and respect for humanity.

You may have noticed if you look back at your reaction to Dimash performing "Sinful Passion", that Igor Krutoy was in the audience, in the white shirt applauding only seconds after the end of the performance. Only weeks later, he was on stage playing for Dimash.

I love, love, love Dimash and the end of this song is my favorite, and that's saying a lot! I love your Dimash reactions, please keep doing them-I don't see any real current. Thanks
