I'm a metal singer and for me, there will never be a voice like Nino ever again. Listening to him since I was 7, and anytime I listen to him he raises feelings with his voice. DEP Nino Bravo. Awesome singer and person.

Nino Bravo was an extraordinary singer and for sure one of the best. I say this because we cannot forget about the great Tom Jones !! Tom was and still amazing at 79 years of age.

Oh my dear thank you for talking of Nino Bravo. I don't think there's been a pop singer in the history of Spanish music who can match him. His death in accident was a blow & such a trauma which has lasted for decades. Nino en una entrevista dijo que para un cantante no hay obstáculos, solo hay mucho trabajo así que siempre tiene que haber disciplina y dedicación.

Nino Bravo, my father's favorite. "Un beso y una flor", translates as "A flower & a Kiss" tells the story of Someone who has to leave everyone and everything Behind. "...it is very light lugagge for such long trip, sorrows weigh in the heart".

Y por cierto , la comunidad valenciana es nuestro primer nombre oficial actualmente pero tambien en nuestro estatuto tenemos el de reino de valencia.

Beth, if you see him relax is because he refused to sing with an empty stomach. He passed too young just we he made it to the top. Very loved and remembered singer from Spain. Never will I stop listen to his music.

The best singer in Spanish, ever. Period This is definitely one of Nino Bravo's best songs, and he had a bunch of really great songs. In particular, this MY personal favourite of his, but, of course, other people will prefer others. Anyway, none of his stuff will let you down. It is just ridiculous he died when he wasn't even 30 (I think he had just turned 29, though I'm not totally sure) in a car accident because, apparently, he wasn't wearing his seat belt, so, you know, boys and girls... One of the amazing things about this particular performance is that it is live, no playback or anything, for the Montreux Festival, which was quite prestigious back in the 1960s and early 70s, with a full orchestra, with fine music arrangements and all that, and where you had to sing not one but up to three songs!! Which means that you actually had to be a good singer, not just someone walking down the street. Nino Bravo should have won that festival hands down, but that's another story...

Hi!!! "Noelia" maybe is the best song from NINO BRAVO. Talks about a girl that he does not know but with whom he has been in love for a long time. There are many awesome Spaniard singers, but for me the top 3 are Nino Bravo, Camilo Sesto and Raphael. In ladies the very best is Amaya and Rocio Durcal. I use present tense though some of them passed away but we had their performance.

Hi Beth,your quite right comparing Nino´s performance with the young Tom Jones´ ,because his vocal style and mixing melodic songs with soul oriented arrangements were very influential in the music of that time.Anyway Nino was great and his first hit Un beso y una flor shook the charts in Spain.Unfortunately Nino got killed in a car crash in 1973 at the peak of his career.
