Love how you actually went in depth on the artist's background! Most channels don't do that and the music is SO much better when you know the context. Great job going the extra mile. A suggestion I have is you should try doing these reactions while wearing headphones/earphonew. You'll pick up so much more detail than with speakers. Higher quality= better more accurate reactions.

Be careful sometimes Wikipedia doesn’t always provide the correct/full information. He was arrested for possession and concealment of a deadly weapon (according to him brass knuckles) he pled guilty to battery to have a lesser sentence/one felony over two. His other friend ended up getting self defense. He says the accusation of beating his girlfriend was her being mad that he broke it off with her, you can hear his side to that in their song “Bad Girls Club” in my opinion reality is usually somewhere in the middle. I think it was only one microphone stand (I could be wrong) and he had to pay almost a mil despite the girl not having any serious injuries. There was no malice behind it, it was just a stupid in the moment decision. It was years ago and seems to have settled down a bit since the birth of his daughter, who is in a few of his videos and keeps him grounded and made him a better person. One of their songs “Coming Home” is for her. He gets himself into trouble a lot when he posts on Twitter, usually it’s people twisting/misinterpreting his words but sometimes he just says stupid things and tends to get defensive when he responds to the hate he gets. Their song Popular Monster really talks about how he feels vs how the public views him, the video is amazing but also pretty graphic so you may not want to react to it on your channel. Their trilogy also tells a lot about him and the videos are the story of his battle with drug addiction so it’s like a mini movie. A lot of cussing in the trilogy and Popular Monster so they may not be the best for reactions if you’re trying to keep your channel PG but worth checking out on your own time. He writes a lot about himself in his music and is the main writer of the band lyrically and instrumentally. This song is introspective of him being his own worst enemy and he wrote the original version while in prison. If you haven’t heard the original the difference is crazy and really shows his growth. He also will answer questions about his past during his Twitch streams and is very interactive with fans. He seems like a good guy if you watch his streams and has done good things. He did a livestream to help his friends in the band The Word Alive where he raised $7000 for them because they are a smaller band struggling during the pandemic and got their equipment stolen on their last tour. According to him, he isn’t vocal about the good things because he doesn’t do it for praise. The girl in the video is the girl from the cover art from the drug in me is you and is just one of the Easter eggs for long time fans as this was a thank you to fans for their first album going gold. It is likely pitch corrected, he admits they use it just like everyone else, but you can watch live versions where he does perform it very well live and sounds close to the original. Sorry for the really long comment. Great reaction I like how you listen to the whole thing then break it down at the end.

Fatal1ty ! Never said he didn’t go to prison. Just saying anyone can edit Wikipedia it is not the best source of information. I put according to him because that’s his side, but I also put truth is usually somewhere in the middle because people usually skew it to favor them and it may not be the whole truth but it is his life and he’d know it better than some stranger on the internet. There’s a reason why there are fact or fiction interviews with people based on the information on their Wikipedia page, many times with a good portion of the information being fiction or a skewed version of the truth. If you’re going to talk about someone’s past, especially criminal history you should be careful. I never said he’s this great person. She brought up his past, I just was giving her info that isn’t on Wikipedia and are things he’s personally said. If you’re going to insult me at least come up with something better than a preaching idiot.

But living for so long has driven Dracula insane, and each and every time, he ends up destroying her. Which only drives him more into darkness. Snuff -Corey Taylor live Ronnie is a very divisive character for sure. When he came out of prison, his first album was basically a middle finger to the band that dropped him. Kids picked sides. Ah those were the days.

I love this version better than original he did 9 years ago. You can very much tell that he has had voice lessons between the two versions. Plus it takes real talent to use the exact same lyrics and yet completely change the meaning of the song with the emotion and passion he adds to the piece. Its a truly incredible performance.

The fire in the video is supposed to represent him letting go of his past. The girl in the video is from his older material and even she catches on fire. He's constantly learning and growing from his mistakes and past. One of the best and most versatile singers/musicians of late.

Ronnie has said that when they recorded their first album he had just gotten out of prison, and in prison he couldn't practice singing (as you would expect) so he wasn't happy with his original performance of The Drug In Me Is You. I'm glad they did this song justice because it is a really good song. I still enjoy the original but this version is on another level. You should check out the original for contrast, they more or less invented the "scene" music thing and it definitely reflects that

Ronnie has been through so much shit, but he’s been sober for years all for his daughter, who he is so incredibly devoted to. I honestly feel like his past transgressions can be forgiven based on how he’s rebuilt his life and centered it on being the best father he possibly can for his little girl, and he’s doing an absolutely amazing job. One of the many reasons besides his musical talents that I idolize him ❤️ Also, you should react to We Don’t Have to Dance by Andy Black. Andy is incredibly talented and has one of the most unique voices in rock today. The previously mentioned song is part of his solo career, but he has even more amazing songs with his band Black Veil Brides that I highly recommend you react to. (Savior, Rebel Love Song, and In the End are great for reactions). I also recommend you do your research on him as well, I think you’ll be very impressed ❤️

gotta say it's very sad that u hadn't listened to the original before listening to this one since it shows just how much better ronnie has become as both a singer and artist but also as a person. i think music is what shows your true nature, the energy in a song show just how much you feel for something. aswell as how you as a preson really feel for yourself since most bad things happen to you because you dont like yourself. what i get from the song is reminiscens of everything he has been through. he writes all the lyrics himself btw and in the song "drugs" he says "i'm not here for your apology. i'm here to thank you. i'm here to thank you for never being there for me because it made me the person i am today and without that i wouldn't know where i'd be." this lyric has really stuck with me. meaning sure you had a rough life but you wouldn't have it any other way, since you know who you are today. meaning you dont regret something you did becuase if it had changed you wouldn't even know if you were alive today. that has such a strong meaning and that has helped me and probably alot more people. I really love how bright ronnie is today :D sorry for long comment :D
