Katriinka, I have watched dozens of reactions to Marcelito and yours delight me the most. I really feel your true appreciation and enjoyment. You are right that he is a precious human being. He does so much good for others with charitable works. I like your technical comments AND oh my you are beautiful!

Beautiful job by Marcelito. As usual the Wish Bus sound is incredible. I’d really like to know exactly the type of reverb, e.g. plate, chorus,delay etc., they use because it is so clear and clean. On other songs it seems they vary it in context with different parts of the song. And, as always, Katrinka’s analysis so thoughtful and detailed. Great jobs all around!

Imitating Dion is also kind of art and give respect to the original somehow. In painting, it's called realism where an artist just paint anything nature trying to achieve exactly what his eyes can see. What some people don't realize is that Marcilito has his own special voice too and can sing completely his own way and does it amazingly.

Katriinka, at the beginning you seemed to forget that he is impersonating Celine Dion. All of those inflections are HERS, not HIS. He is doing an incredible impersonation of someone else's singing style. Good job of analyzing his phrasing imitating Celine's phrasing, though. Just teasing. I'm an avid fan. I was curious what you heard when you said “Oh my God” at 3:48 so I increased the volume on my headset and played it again. And there it is…that beautiful little gem exposed. He extended and defused the phrase with very subtle vibrato…it’s mesmerizing. That was a lovely bonus he left only for the trained(ear) musician. I’m sorry if I used the wrong terms; I’m not a musician, though I enjoy listening to music of all sorts. Thanks for sharing. 🙏

Dear Katriinka! I'm not a singer, not a music producer, not a singing teacher. I'm just someone who LISTENS to music. And what kind of music I hear depends on various factors. - I listen to music to put myself in a certain mood - I listen to music to reinforce an existing mood - I listen to music to change my personal current mood. Regardless of which of these points mentioned, it is important that the music not only reaches my hearing, but also my heart, my soul, my feelings. This automatically means that I am not fixated on a particular style of music. As for Marcelito - his voice, his singing touches my heart and soul. That's exactly what music has to do in my opinion. When the original Celine Dion song was released in 1993, I was 28 years old. I was very often alone late at night on the dance floor of my favorite discotheque on the outskirts of my hometown, and danced with myself to this song. What Marcelito did with his interpretation was to bring this feeling back to me - or rather, to bring it back to my memory.

How could someone not like a reaction from a very adorable katriinka and that's a very honest compliment and i know many will agree with me. Pls stay safe too mam.
