Sir, is object oriented programming important for VLSI?
Hi Sir, i am ece . But doing job in Software Base Company As A Software Tester .... I want To be Verification Engineer I Am Learning verilog , SV And UVM Now. I Get RTL Codes Of Protocols From Git Hub But I Want To Verify That Using UVM Or SV ...Is Their Any Free Online Tool Available...? Or Any Free Tool Download Source ....? Kindly Suggest Me Because Getting Licence From Cedence Is Very Expensive Thing .and I Can't Afford It .....I Know EDA Playground is Good For Verilog Design But Not Good For Complex Protocol Verification..is Their Any Free Option Available..?
Well done Ajay🤗🤩

he mentioned he bought some books for vlsi basics n all . Can u pls name the books and can we know his course 🤗
You might enter the field after a btech with some training institute like he did, but getting into designing roles is not possible as they look for a masters degree atleast or several years of experience in the field

Жыл бұрын
It’s mostly needed from day 0 as most of the course resources are shared as pdf form , for project you can use computer labs system but recommended to have own system …. I have a video please seach vlsi laptop whyrd in youtube but as rules of thumb go for 5th gen intel 12/13 gen system with minimum 512 SSD in around 45k , see hp 14 or vivobook
Hello rajdeep tried to connect on LinkedIn but i don't have premium so asking here , in the on going nptel session which one do you think is better “vlsi design flow:RTL to GDS” or “hardware modelling using verilog” ? Just completed my 6th semester.
@whyRD

If you still to learn verilog then go for it first as rtl to gds need verilog pre-requisite, although in rtl to gds 1 week is dedicated for refreshing verilog …. Best would be registering for both if you have time , i just shoot a video on this will be releasing tomorrow
