This isess than 3kms to the new lipa city hall po and star tollway. Zonal value of the property po range from 2500 to 10K per sqm. This area will be the new city center of lipa city po
In the United States and Europe property values are dropping. I would think this will or already has started in thr Philippines. The price of 45 million for this property is well let’s say I had to go back over the video to see what I missed.

Sa ngayon malabo na may bumili ng napakamahal na farm na yan. Ciguro after 50yrs meron na. Imagine 4500 per sqmtr.
