They are not squatters. They are renting the kitchen for 1500 pesos a month. They will move out once property is sold

What is the last price for this property... my wife is interested if the owner can give to 2M coz the house is delapitated and we have have to spend more for the perimeter fence. Who will shoulder for the expenses such as the cgt etc... due process is that the seller should be the one in charge for the basic expenses such as the cgt and the transfer of the title will be shouldered by the buyer... correct me if I’m wrong

Over the last 5 years the prices for the properties here in whole Batangas went up crazy. Especially with the building of new Calabarzon diversion road in the adjacent Barangay and the joint venture of Aboitiz. For This lot area and once the house is renovated it will cost you around 2500-3000 pesos for the property tax every year. Yes it’s coming from metro Lipa water district. The good thing about this area is pldt fiber internet connection is available and Globe works very well too. Yes the fence needs some mending but if you don’t have a budget a few bamboo mature stocks and barbed wires will do the trick. The gate should be new if you ask me. I’m not sure how much it will cost but unless you wanna have it extravagant then it won’t be over 20k for sure. Yes all the lot prices listed are all negotiable unless otherwise stated po. Thank you

mas mabuti ho ung nageenglish para masanay tayo ng mag express ng sarili natin sa english dahil yan naman ang official language natin...wala namang nagsasalita na ng purong tagalog..taglish naman lahat na eh...tignan mo sa tv pag may iniinterview...ni hindi makapagexpress ng sarili kahit mga matataas na opisyal ng gobyerno...kahit mga artista parehong hindi makapagexpress ng mga sarili...kasi nalilito n dila natin...kaya lahat ng sambayanan nabobobo..matuto po tayong magenglish para matuto rin mga anak natin at maging competitive sila sa corporate world...my two cents...Peace:)
