Kausapin mo mga developer ng subdivision tyak mabilis nla bibilhin yan malapit sa ilog

Wow! This is $1.5 million USD for 25 acres of rural property that's about 20 to 30 times more than similar property in the US. Even land in Hawaii would be 5 times less cost. Just WOW! Filipinos must all be very, very rich. There is absolutely no way way a farm could ever earn enough money to cover the cost of that land. Makes no sense to me.

Wow land prices is so high now not doable anymore. ,

Yes, very inflated prices because other large developers bought farm land (lots). Now all property owners wish to cash out (sell for high price) also. All properties south and north of Lipa along N4.

Im asking how much the price of that 10 ,hectare is this property paper work cause other loan to the bank clean and also closer to the beach.resort how many coconut tree .

Kulang ka sa gamit. bili ka ng drone para makita ang buong property ng mga buyer mo. Kailangan mong sumabay sa modern technology, minsan kasi nakakairita yung puro salita lang. baka masulot ka pa ibang karibal mo (kung meron). Bawal ang pikon, suwestyon lang po. Good luck!

Anywhere in Lipa real eatate is very expensive the one in the back with no right of way maybe you can get a little cheaper...

It is odd how expensive land is in Philippines. This land is $1.2 million. A nicer property I'm buying in Costa Rica, which Philipinos can buy and get instant visa to is $90,000. for 20 hectares with a bigger river, power etc. On Palawan I've looked at 11 hectares for $45,000. without a river and not quite as nice but better value. One can find some land as low as 15 p per square meter on Palawan - it really takes some digging though. I'm looking to do a 30 year lease for a Philipino non-profit community project but it is the people I want to invest in, not spending most of the money on land.
