your thoughts on confidence vs humility really resonated with me 🙏 I'm having to unlearn some of the nasty habits I picked up from working in corporate environments, where admitting fault aka signalling weakness invited others to blame or use you as as scapegoat for their mistakes. some of the bosses I had were especially bad for doing this, to the point they created toxic environments where everyone was afraid to take chances and wasted so much time trying to hide mistakes or blaming others. these environments were not innovative or highly trusting and it really did a number on my psyche. it's okay to mess up, so long as you own the mistake and learn from it! but also don't beat yourself up about it. to err is human!

Great point about acknowledging that we are wrong! Allowing for correction makes senses because it’s real. Perfect people don’t exist! So, we will make mistakes, misunderstand, and be wrong. Being humble is key. We all love humble people so let’s be real and humble!

Hey Michel, I learned a tip for flowers. Fresh flowers like copper! So drop a penny in your vases and it will help the flowers last longer and stand up straighter. I haven’t tried it yet, but hopefully it works!! 16:23

I taught my 3 (now grown) boys to ask themselves if they would rather be right or would they rather be happy. They were always trying to one up each other & “be right” & like you said, humility is a wonderful value to have. ❤

I love the description of humility and confidence.

Seeing the pottery made me think of kintsugi- Japanese art! Broken pottery repaired with gold. So beautiful and I read that it’s “a metaphor for embracing your flaws and imperfections.”

YES!! The ability to admit when we are wrong is completely tied to our sense of self worth! I think there are a couple of ways of thinking about our own worth and where we center that worth - is it the things we are able to do? Is it how we look? Is it how smart we are? All of these are problematic and aren’t inclusive. For example, if we place worth on one’s ability to physically work hard, how do we then value people who are disabled or sick or elderly, etc.. Figuring out why why we are of value (to ourselves and others) is a whole thing in and of itself.

Love your videos !❤ I wanted to say too, that I use fingers/damp sponge for applying makeup and then…I use rare beauty’s foundation brush to blend everything. Especially places that can crease like under eyes, smile lines…forehead. I learned that from watching Wayne Goss❤. It’s a really great tip!

I know this channel is specific to woman, but you're really helping me navigate life as a content creator and marriage/relationships in general. I think it's admirable that you can admit you are wrong, but go beyond that to explain to your community what that means and what it looks like. You're intentional in every approach and whether this 12 year marriage I'm in works out or not, I know I'm going to be armed with all this knowledge I'm learning from you to admit that I made my fair of mistakes and instead of using them as a crunch, I used to the invoke strong mentality and power in myself to become someone I'm worth if that makes sense. He is able to calmly and respectfully approach peers and explain that something his peer said/did had negative consequences. My son has had times where he’s had to muster the confidence to talk with teachers about grades he received by questioning and explaining. These things are hard to do as you’re growing up.

My BF who is in tech said you should do a hard reset on your phone, ie wipe it and set it up from scratch. Just make sure you transfer pictures and contacts to the cloud.

I have the IPhone 13 and I have had weird issue, like what you mentioned, from the moment I got it. Apple wouldn't replace mine either.😕

about foundation: the brush doesn’t actually waste the product, the sponge does cause it soakes up a lot of product but knowing that you like light coverage, the sponge is better than a brush also don't apply a lot, I recommend pumping out a bit on your hand and then applying this amount on your face. and if you blend foundation with the brush, go afterwards with the sponge to remove the unnecessary layer that way it'll look better

FYI Michel, this is obviously super out of the way, but the iphones in europe (at least in Spain where I bought mine) do still have SIM cards. Like I said, not convenient, but on the off chance you wanted to make a trip, you could get one there :)

I used to do tech support and the issues you are describing is coming from one of your apps not playing well with the software on your phone. A new one would do the same thing if you downloaded all the same apps again. Call apple tech support and troubleshoot.

Does not sound good. My friend also didn't feel great taking it.. she contacted seed and they told her to start on 1 capsule and take it at night to ease in. If not try another brand of probiotics as they have all different strains and you might just react to one in seed ❤

Apple wouldn’t replace a phone over software issues. They’ll replace it over a hardware issue. Next time don’t tell them you think it’s a software thing! They’ll just tell you to update your phone. 🙄

The two new iPhones my family got drops calls constantly like 10 times within a few minutes. Texts and calls don’t alert each other. the iPhone 13 was NOT an upgrade. They’re just plain lemons.

I REALLY liked this vlog. I’m newly divorced for 2 yrs, now 76 yrs young. I decided I could make it on my own, sitting one night, pen to paper expenses. After 17yrs married….church goers, saved…..I was not going to live fighting for the rest of my life. I had to end it in order to live. Love the humility/I was wrong idea. Going to journal with devotion book, digging deeper on that subject. Love the pottery but I quilt, enough fabric til I’m 200 yrs young😂quilt for charity for children sick. Your welcome to travel to Ft. Lauderdale on (one new place u venture). U, ur sister thrift store….my parents lived in Lighthouse Point, Fl. ANYWAY.
