Going to bookstores is always fun, but I urge everyone if they can to please visit their local library. Going to your library and getting a card helps them to get better funding so they can use those resources to better your community. It’s also free so that’s a plus because girl, books are expensive! 😂

I am SO excited that you picked up When in Rome. I read that one last year, and it was definitely one of my top reads from last year. It was SO cute and I just loved the characters and just the charm of the writing. I hope you enjoy it!

i read love theoretically in the beginning of july and i gave it a 3/5 like it wasn't my favorite but it wasn't bad

I use the grande MD lash serum and the L’Oréal telescopic mascara waterproof version!!❤️❤️

I know you love romantic genre but if you’re interested in reading another genre, I loveeee memoirs. I recommend the glass castle, it is very sad (topics of poverty, child abuse/neglect) but it’s that type of book that will move you. Another one of my favorites is the distance between us by Reyna grande, it’s also a memoir about a Mexican immigrant girl and crossing the US border. And if you want a romantic feel, I’d recommend Chris Perez book to Selena with love. I cried reading that one!

I wasn’t expecting to but I loved A Hundred Other Girls! I read Once More With Feeling for a reading vlog. I enjoyed it but beware it’s very musical theater heavy, so if that’s not your thing then you might not like it.

Great choice of books ❤ Except for one 😂 Unfortunately I absolutely hated “A Hundred Other Girls”. The main character was annoying, it was full of overdone Gen Z slang and tried to tick every box on the “woke scale”. Interested to hear what you think about it! 😅 “Love, Theoretically” is also next on my list 😊

@@JesusISKingNoMatterWhat i was expecting more of the story taking place post-fever, but 70% of the book is about the rise of the fever and people getting sick. too covid adjacent for my taste. i thought the ending was predictable and the way it wrapped up is one of my least favorite ways to end a book

Never trust the book taste of someone who thought 'Funny You Should Ask' was a good book. very boring. very vanilla. but then again...maybe that's your style but still...
