What could be causing your breakouts is that you don't wash your hair every day, I never broke out in my life until I tried doing that. Our long hair is a net that catches everything on the surfaces we sit on, lay on, and lean against. Just a TINY pin prick of shampoo on your scalp everyday to wash it could help.

One night she was reading myths about pimples and one of the myths was been horny, lol. No, but for reals, I think it's because of stress. Idk, I could be wrong, but u do sound a bit stressed. I love love all your videos and they give me so much comfort but I would really appreciate seeing possibly some non sponsored content on yt or maybe a disclosure that the yt video contains an ad/sponsorship in the beginning of the video for ethical business practices. As consumers we are constantly being advertised to and our only real power in this is to be an informed consumer. So knowing when we’re watching an Ad or there is going to be an ad in the video allows us to make informed decisions to continue to watch or not. Just something to consider and that I would find very helpful
