Vlog 1: I Try To Explain ToF

Recorded January 30, 2011
A quick correction: I got the figure of 2 months from my GP, but the records of the hospital that performed it show it was done at 7 months.
I had to resist naming it "In which I open my heart to you." I can't get that terrible Barbara Waters pun out of my head.
Note: The open-heart surgery procedure has already occurred! I seem to be recovering quickly and I will post these vlogs at a later date. This is nothing more than a record of my own experiences with heart problems and surgery. For now I am deliberately avoiding naming people or places because I don't want to deal with privacy concerns.
Anyway this was intended to introduce my early experiences with Tetralogy of Fallot, but it got cut short when I spent so long trying to describe what the condition is and then didn't describe the rest well. So for more personal experiences, head to Vlog 2.

Thanks for this and your other videos (I'm watching through them now.) You're a brave soul to go through this surgery and talk so openly about it. I really appreciate your honesty, thanks man.

Thank you for sharing. My son is 3 months old and has TOF. He will be receiving his correction surgery sometime in the next month. If you don't mind me asking, did you have any restrictions as a child? Did you take any medication?
