Vitaly has the best potential out there given how big his frame is, but he needs to be around 150 kg. Right now, he's 125-130 tops

Not really. The stopping power was with back pressure, and then he applied side pressure to regain center and transition to a press. He was able to apply back pressure because he was able to keep his pronator through Vitaly thrusts (Ermes wasn't able to apply back pressure against Larrat, because Devon completely took his pronator....).

This version of Vitaly will beat Ermes. But looking at the sparring. Denis has no chance against Ermes if he let Ermes control the set-up.

Conclusions are taken out of thin air - no one knows what happened before the fight between Denis and Sergei, how tired Denis was from any other loads before the sparring. In addition, Denis’s sparring with Sergei was narrowly focused - work on strictly defined angles. These were not fights in the literal sense of the word, it was always training. But in any case, Denis is still very far from his peak form and can only defeat Ermes thanks to tactics.

Vitality has to get his static strength stronger. Only then he'll be able to match Ermes

If Denis loses he should try moving down in weight, since his illness he's so much smaller now, it will be very difficult for him to come anywhere close to his prime shape at his age.

NGL denis is cooked if he doesn't put on a lot of size and strength fast.

denis is going to get destroyed by ermes. denis dont have the explosive strength to counter against ermes explosive press. so by the time denis can build up his defense, ermes already gonna have his arm half way towards the pad. i just cant see denis holding ermes in the middle.

I think Denis is done. He was done before his rematch vs Larratt..., you can clearly see, he's much smaller, he can't train like he used to...Lost a lot of muscle mass, had too many very serious health issues... In his prime, he was legendary, absolutely scary but this isn't the same guy, i expect Ermes to destroy Denis, yes, styles are important and can make a different but Denis looks like a shadow of his former self. It's been that way ever since he was hospitalized. He probably would've annihilated Ermes in his prime, but he's way past his prime.
