I agree. I don’t think it will be a mismatch like some think. Either John folds his hand and wins pretty quick… or loses in a longer match. I could see either happening.

I really want to see the John vs Leonidas match. Really exciting stuff.

Don’t understand why the matchmakers want to keep putting poor old John up against such bigger, younger, and stronger opponents!? At this stage in his career he should be pitted against opponents closer to his age and weight! Because most people don’t like seeing the GOAT lose repeatedly from being put in unreasonable matches.

Again Leonidas is not an Bodybuilder. He is a legit Strengh Athlet. He breaks Record after record in powerlifting yes he looks like a bodybuilder but thats it. he is probably the strongest athlet in germany right now so give some probs lol.

11 month ago Leonidas couldnt move Zurab at the aftermatch table. John will not be in trouble even though Leonidas has improved.

11 months is good amount of time for improvement especially for someone like Leonidas

John was cutting weight to 95kg to fight for the title. Now he has to fight 115kg Division against a young, talented, strong Leonidas? Thats harsh. At least he has more then 2 month to prepare, which is a joke obviously. I guess John took sime time off and just rested. Another thing is, Leonidas is only getting stronger instead of weaker. In all aspects in armwrestling not only strength wise.

I think it’s a good match. It draw lots of attention and if John wins, it will amaze non armwrestlers because it’s a 60 year old “weak” looking guy beating a huge young steroid freak.

Bro.. the "Huge young steroid freak" is an old thing. How many Steroid bodybuilders have been beaten the last years in recent youtube channels on the street etc. for example in Dubais Gym with larry wheels, or how many Steroid bodybuilders have been beaten by the Armwrestling brothers schoolboy. Its nothing new. Leonidas has actually much more to offer then a huge physique.

Exactly, Kamil need to stay inside his shoulder, but vitaly has tons of sidepressure and speed. comparing of their performance of beating Tobias, I don't think it would be easy for Kamil.

For me, the best scenario for the left hand would be vitaly vs morozov for super heavyweight title, alizhan vs matyushenko for 115kg title and then winners fight for super heavyweight title. This way can potencionalny be prevented to kazakhs to fight each other and maibe alizhan can be the first one with 3 titles.

Leonidas was never a Bodybuilder, he is a powerbuilder/powerlifter .

Where is dennis on the left arm ranks? I can't believe he's ranked right but not left, that was his thing

While you may be right about getting over technical right away with Brian. Keep in mind that Brian is a lot more technical than Larry. Multiple strong men like last year‘s winter Mitchell Hooper have said that Brian is the smartest most calculated strong man they’ve been around. He’s more than just a gifted 6 foot eight 400 pound guy. He’s smart and he can put things together.

I have strong faith in Laletins lefty i dont think Kamil can press him 4x but he sertainly can take round or even 2. Tobbe got folded 3-0 strait to the pad by Laletin and Tobbe got absolutely robbed against Kamil. Score sais Kamil won it but in my eyes Tobias is stronger on left arm.

It's actually rather simple. A press is one of the best ways to counter a someone who is already in the flop wrist position. It's even safer to finish in the press.
