Visiting charming antique shops 🇬🇧 Clutter but irresistible! |Apple pie

There is another wonderful shop right next to the one I visited recently, so I would like to introduce it to you. It's hard to say that it's sophisticated, but it's cheaper, and it's fun to search through the clutter to find what you like. It's an attractive store.

Serves 6: Serves 6 (20cm diameter tart mold)
・Egg: 1 (30g set aside for the dough, the rest for glazing)
・Soft flour: 250g + a little flour
・Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
・Castor sugar: 2 tablespoons
・Unsalted butter: 150g (cut into 1cm cubes and chill in the refrigerator)
-Filling
・Bramley Apple (Red can be used) and your favorite apple (Pink Lady or Jazz): 800g (net 600g)
・Granulated sugar: 120g
・Corn starch: 2 tablespoons
・Cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
・Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
*Before baking, preheat the oven to 200℃ / 180℃ with fan / gas mark 6.
1. Beat the eggs well and set aside 1 tablespoon for glazing. Use the rest for the dough
2. Put the flour, salt, and caster sugar in a food frother, then add the chilled butter little by little until it becomes crumbly.
3. Add the eggs, wrap them in plastic wrap, and put them in the refrigerator to rest. Meanwhile, make the filling.
-Filling
4. Peel the apple and cut into quarters. Remove the core, cut the ginkgo into 5mm pieces, and soak in salt water. Once everything is cut, drain it in a colander.
5. Place the drained apples in a bowl, add granulated sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and lemon juice and mix.
6. Divide the rested dough in half and roll out one half with a rolling pin until it covers the bottom and sides of the mold. If it sticks, sprinkle some flour on it.
7. Roll it up around a rolling pin, then place it on the tart mold, making sure to add it little by little to the sides. Please cut off any excess. Top with the filling.
8. Roll out the remaining dough and cut it into 2cm wide pieces. Place them alternately on top of the filling in a lattice pattern.
9. After brushing with egg glaze, bake in a preheated oven for 45-50 minutes until the top is golden brown and it's done. Please cut it into pieces.

    娘の年代では無印良品やニトリでインテリア用品を揃える人が多いですが😅私は子供の時に家にあった食器や家具を見ると動画にあった様に心がほっこりします❤私もゴチャとした蚤の市とかリサイクルショップに行くと時間を忘れます😊

    みずえさん。東京に桜が 今日29日開花🌸しました かなり遅い開花で半日 大荒れでした。煉瓦建ての 素敵なお店で所狭しと お宝が並べてあり😊見て いてワクワクしました👍 🇬🇧にこけし?ビックリ😮 銀製品✨美しいです! 菫の花のトリオがとても 気に入り、床にあった 日本の古民家?茅葺き屋根 ?の絵気になります。 我が家も古民家の油彩を 飾ってます。マンゴー君 可愛い☺ですねぇ。 我が子よりワンちゃんは 可愛いですから^^; アップルパイ🥧作った ことなく前に🍎甘く煮て 春巻の皮で巻いて揚げたら 好評でした👍最近は豆腐を裏ごし溶かしチョコ🍫混ぜて冷蔵庫で冷やす チョコムースもどきを 作って楽しんでます💕 また素敵なお店を紹介して 下さいね。季節の変わり目お体に気をつけて🍀

    めぐみさん コメントありがとうございます。日本の桜、今年は遅かったようですね。おかげでヨーロッパのイースターホリデーで日本に一時帰国した人たちから「今年は桜に間に合った!」と喜びの写真が送られてきています。 イギリスは昨日、今日と冬に逆戻り、油断すると本当に寒さでやられそうです。 めぐみさんもお身体をご自愛くださいね。
