Great to see you ride these coasters for the first time. I was slightly disappointed by the top two coasters, but that was probably just about high expectations. Of course, I still enjoyed them a lot. It’s a great park.

I also had pretty high expectations for these rides. Goldstriker met them while Railblazer exceeded them.

@@808CoasterLife For many years I heard Goldstriker often mentioned as the nation’s best GCI (and then Mystic Timbers came along and slowly started to get the same mention even more often). But no GCI I had ridden compared to my rides on Renegade. But when I finally got on Goldstriker, I didn’t think it came anywhere close to the Renegade I had experienced. I mean, GS was awesome - wild, with an out of control feeling - but it didn’t have the airtime, and I’ve come to realize that airtime above all makes the coaster for me.

Fair enough. A lot of Goldstriker’s airtime is weak ejector, meanwhile, I heard Renegade has the best airtime of any GCI

@@808CoasterLife Yeah, for me Goldstriker is kind of like Troy in that way. Renegade, at its prime, only has Prowler as a similar ride. Can’t wait, thought, to hopefully get back on Mystic Timbers this summer and see if it is better than I remember.

Interesting watch, my home park is the Illinois version owned by Six Flags

Flight Deck was renamed Soaring Chiefs for a little bit earlier this season after losing a Super Bowl bet with Worlds of Fun
