Nice Côte d'Azur Airport (French: Aéroport Nice Côte d'Azur, with "Côte d'Azur" meaning "Blue Coast" in French) is an international airport located 3.2 NM (5.9 km; 3.7 mi) southwest of Nice, in the Alpes-Maritimes départment of France. It is the third busiest airport in France and serves as a focus city for Air France and an operating base for easyJet. In 2018, it handled 13,850,561 passengers. The airport is positioned 7 km (4 mi) west of the city centre, and is the principal port of arrival for passengers to the Côte d'Azur.
Due to its proximity to the Principality of Monaco, it also serves as the city-state's airport, with helicopter service linking the principality and airport. Some airlines market Monaco as a destination via Nice Airport.

Nice video, but instead of shops, as a traveler (I'm coming there in 2 weeks for a 1 week visit), I would have liked to see more detail of the check-in counters and kiosks (especially for major carriers like Delta, Air France, and KLM), signs at gates, locations of ATM machines for people arriving, and tram, bus, and taxi stops outside.

Original Nike-Town During the Greek Empire in 500BC, the hill above the Old Town was named Nike, which is Greek for ‘victory’, making Nice the original Nike-Town. During its multi-century Italian period it was called Nizza, and since becoming French just 150 years ago, it is called Nice. The people of Nice are Niçoise, have their own dialect called Nissart.

And? Aosta and Piedmont have been French for centuries and have only been Italian for 161 years too, what does that mean? .. ok we can talk about Nice, Nice is more beautiful administered by France p than your cities in Italy without money to renovate the building and have a nice clean street ... Compared to Nice, Cannes, Menton, with your poor towns in Italy: Ventimiglia is poor, ugly and dirty ... the border between France and Italy is very impressive. Too bad that France has not taken more territory still in Italy to embellish the coast a little further ... If Nice had remained Italian, it would be much less organized, dirtier and much less. well maintained
