Wonderful film; I adore Italy so much! It's likely to remain my all-time favorite destination. All of these cities, with the exception of Verona, I have visited; I hope to do so eventually.
Yes, I was very happy when I saw this video posted in 8k, especially with a duration of one hour. Indeed, interesting places, of great cultural and historical value. But, great pity for the effort made, for the expensive equipment used, if the filming technique spoils much of the quality. Because of many too fast pannings, and, in general, too many fast movements with the camera, jitter appears when playing on the screens .And these jitter simply ruins the film. It is a great pity. The Sony A1 camera is of good quality but, at 8k with only a maximum of 30 fps, it does not allow fast movements and especially fast panoramas. However, at 8k resolution, everything looks fascinating, but with a little attention, the problem can be solved: very slow pannings and movements with the camera. It's that simple!
Thank you for your feedback and reply. It is true that 30fps isn't as smooth as 60. Especially with a 30mm lens in dense cities. I'm currently opting for a wide angle lens that simply doesn't require much of the panning and directing the camera around. Should be much better.

Admission is on a time schedule. So there is no queue at the entrance. Only short waiting time for security.
