Virtual Stroke Recovery Group Rehab Rule #3

Order your ICFYB Interactive Stroke Recovery Guide now at www.icfyb.com/guide
A NEW and Unique, Virtual Stroke Recovery Group led by Karen D. Sullivan, PhD, ABPP, board certified neuropsychologist and author of the I CARE FOR YOUR BRAIN Interactive Stroke Recovery Guide, featuring 10 Zoom Webinar Replays featuring Dr. Sullivan's 10 Rules of Rehab.
Rule 3: REPETITION AND CONSISTENCY. Repetition is the No. 1 driver of success during recovery, because it’s the fuel that activates neuroplasticity! The more you repeat something, the stronger the brain cell connections become, and the more your abilities will return, plain and simple (Nudo, Wise, SiFuentes & Milliken, 1996).

Kudos o Jerry to allow Dr Sullivan to go thru his records. There is helpful info in your discussion. This mode of communication is very useful. Your words of wisdom are most beneficial to people listening. Repeat and consistency that is the most important part of rehab. It seems that neuroplasticity is an important part of recovery.

Sooo grateful for this content and your efforts. So many strokes in my family past, mostly from a lack of information. I will be sharing. Thank you! I had a TIA about 3 years ago.I remember vividly going through so many of the symptoms you've described. The fatigue was insane! I'm grateful for my recovery.
