Hey Papiuniko. As per 2.37 - is the underskirt becoming popular with Caporales ladies or not? Just curious why some ladies costumes have it and some dont. I would have thought more would use the underskirt than not use as so many video and photograph their every move? Is it just a case that latin american women are more open or that the panty part of the costume when exposed in public is not that big a deal for them as it would be with american women?

Thanks Papiuniko. Both styles are beautiful as underskirt does not hide the ladies legs and lovely figure as well as their gorgeous smile and any dance in high heels/in such beautifully crafted costumes is very feminine. But showing their panty with no care as to how many are watching or capturing them moment does add a certain x factor to the sexiness of the performance.
