@@This-Was-Sparta For me it is relateable. I learnt english language from tv-shows from an early age. Combined with school and practice, I can no longer avoid getting bugged by when I hear another Swede speak with a really noticable accent. For me the funny part is that Joel seems to be making fun of it, not in a mean way as much as it is an observation. Whenever I hear a guy from Sweden go "ALLRIKHT BOIS AEND GÖÖRLS, LEDS FAKKING KIKK DE FAKKING ASHOL OV DISS ENEMI TEAMÉ. BEKÖSS VI ARR NOMBERR WAN! OKEJ? ASS WI SEJ IN SWEDEÉN. JU GATTA KNOV WEN OLEJ GAMÉEEE HAU TOO VIN!" (That probably does not convey the point, but you'd be surprised how many times I hear this from my fellow Swedes. Some think I am Bittish or American due to my pronounciation. So then I sometimes pull out the "Swedish gamer voice" just to fuck with them)

I was really hoping the twist was gonna be that Samantha's baby was piloting her like a mech this whole time. That'd explain all the crying and why bullets didn't work.

This game built up some great tension and atmosphere, but the low pitched earrape baby cries and the janky animations of the killer were so funny i couldn’t stop laughing at the end Not to mention the awful jumpscare in the post-credits scene

It's ok if it's loud my hearing never recovered from Nun Massacre.

I like how the killer in the game is called the "womb ripper" and through the majority of this game, they killed dudes.

So the killer is a chick that screams like a dude?, but that scream is funny tho.

Too bad Joel didn't keeps firing the gun, then he would have learned he had unlimited ammo and would have STILL been killed. In all seriousness though if theirs one trope I hate in horror is the unstoppable killer trope. As soon as that after credits scene I knew what was going to happen because they kept prattling on about how she was practically super human. It’s why I don’t find slasher villains like Jason and Myers scary. Their so unstoppable that you know exactly what’s going to happen and it lost all tension.

@@Sernival Yeah but you know who exactly is going to survive just due to plot relevance. How many times has the main lead actually been killed by the main slasher villain? They almost always survive while everyone else around them gets reduced to mincemeat.

Maybe. I more felt they were just trying to get the retro horror gore suspense and feel down a little better than past games but they still failed. It did have some good moments though

Man, it's rare to see a game with such a good intro drop the ball so hard later on. Hobo Jo was a better jumpscare than any of the others. Both the kills/jumpscares did nothing for me in the latter half of the game. Also this Jason/Myers style invincible killer is such a lame fucking trope. Totally undermines the serious gritty horror tone I feel a killer named the "Womb Ripper" deserves.

There are individual dry cleaners that function basically the same, but essentially you pay someone to do it for you. Where I live, the big cities have some 'laundromats' like I described, and some laundromats like in the game, except they're really small (maybe 10 machines max?) and hardly anyone uses them.

having gone into detail into this game, I'd say it's one of the ' better ' 'horror' 'games' from puppet combo, but if you put an infinite number of monkeys with typewriters in an infinite space, one of the writings is bound to be legible. Although I have to admit, it does seem above average work has gone into this game. Lets hope it's a trend for the next set of games to be released.
