Vincy Style Sweet Potato Pudding🇻🇨

Recipe
2 lbs batata sweet potatoes
1 tannia (also you can put another tannia)
3/4 cups of grated coconut or half of a dry coconut
About 3 to 4 tablespoons of ginger
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 tablespoon cinnamon powder
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups brown sugar
I used 3 cups of coconut milk(you can use 2 1/2 cups as well instead of 3 cups)
Do not put a lot of liquid because it will take a long time to cook. Little liquid can cause it to dry and crack.
Mix ingredients well and remove any small pieces of provisions from the mixture.
Pour mixture in grease baking pan and bake in preheated oven.
*My pudding took a while to bake because I was in and out, decreasing and increasing oven temperature. Please bake your pudding to 350 to 375 degrees until it is firm to touch on top or comes out clean or with a cooked pudding texture on the knife. Also, feel free to slow cook, then increase heat.

Don't be afraid! Follow the recipe, and start off using 2 1/2 cups coconut milk since you are just learning. Try it and let me know how it goes.
