i've shown this video to my father telling him, "this is a baker" and he is now confused.
Vincent - for a first Marathon, your finish time is FANTASTIC. But the really incredible story here is that your second half was a full 30 minutes faster than the first half averaging 7:12 per mile. I guess it just proves that you run faster as you get older - and a Marathon will age you very quickly. Congratulations.
