Toffee takes the Win. No Contest. He literally planned the events of the entire series all the way up to the Season 3 Premiere, and the only reason he lost was because he didn’t know Star could bring Magic back by dipping down in Limbo. Honestly I don’t blame him, how in the heck could he have ever accounted for Star being able to come back from drowning in the Corrupted Realm of Magic AND Bringing Magic back fast enough to vaporize him. Dude got done dirty. His plan was flawless 🦎 R.I.P Raptor-God Man

Well the Cuphead universe wasn’t all that serious to begin with, it literally just looks like a loony tunes type setting where whacky physics and toon force are the domineering factors. In contrast, Star vs the Forces of Evil’s universe has a history of wars, deaths, unjust colonialism and Monster Genocides Also, it’s my firm opinion that Toffee, while being a huge jerkface, and an absolute extremist, wasn’t wrong in his decision to destroy Magic, just the way he went about it. The way Magic existed within the Star vs Universe basically made it impossible for Monsters and the Native Inhabitants of Mewni to fight back or stand a ghost of a chance against the Mewmins in their taking of their land and slaughtering of their peoples. Furthermore, Magic has proven to be a bit too dangerous to use, as seen when Skywyne accidentally destroyed an entire dimension while she was trying to test the Wand’s limits, or when Star almost broke Time by stopping Father Time’s wheel. (Remember Father Time said that if you freeze time enough times, Time will break) Overall, I think Toffee was very justified in his wanting to destroy Magic for good, and rid the Mewmans of the one unfair advantage they had against the native Denizens of Mewni. He may not have had the most well-intentioned of motives, and he certainly wasn’t a hero by any means in the way he went about doing it. But at the very least Toffee had a point when it came to the way Mewmans abused their power. But yeah, Toffee wasn’t the best of guys, the dude clearly wanted to do to Mewmans what they did to Monsters, which overall would not have helped in the slightest and would have just proven that Monsters are the evil creatures that Mewmans feared. So still a Villain, a justified villain, but a villain nonetheless.

Some parts of these rankings are really strange, like: i really like how the lord commanders endings fit him and punish him appropriately. But show canceled so 2/5
